What’s ACF

ACF is short for Anisotropic Conductive Film，Its characteristic is that the Z axis electric conduction direction and resistance properties in the plane of the XY insulation have obvious difference. When the Z axis current resistance and XY plane, after the difference exceeds a certain ratio of insulation resistance and can be called a good conductive different sex. Conduction principle: the use of conductive particles connection between IC chip and substrate electrode into conduction, and also can avoid conduction short circuit between adjacent two electrodes, and only in the purpose of the conduction along the Z axis.

ACF hot-press welding technique is to use ACF to bonding the IC or PCB on the LCD glass through pre-pressing.if wanna the circuit good connected between IC/PCB and the glass,we need precision locate through the small MARK points on PCB and glass.the mainly method of locating is to find the MARK by our eyes through the camera and monitor installed on machine.
